Career Coaching Packages

Career coaching sessions are conducted by phone and packages also include a toolkit of resource materials and access to email support between sessions. As soon as you sign up, you will receive a questionnaire to fill out so that Pamela can tailor a coaching program specifically to meet your career goals. The focus can be on job search, career change, performance boosting, or whatever you desire.

Effective Interviewing Coaching Package

The Effective Interviewing Coaching Package consists of four 50-minute, in-person sessions.

SESSION 1 – Pamela will get to know you and establish goals & strategies.
SESSION 2 – in-person and includes an assessment of your current interviewing technique through a digital video recording of your mock interview (or via webcam if outside the NY metro area.)
SESSION 3 – Pamela will work on your interview speaking points, role play with tough interview questions, and practice your skills.
SESSION 4 – You will do a second mock interview to track progress and finalize your plan to move forward.

Effective Interviewing Coaching Program: $1200

The Knock ‘Em Dead Interview Prep Package

When you finally land that interview for your dream job, you want to be sure that you walk into that room feeling prepared and confident.

Schedule a practice interview and coaching session so that you’re polished and assured for your meeting. Because you may not have a lot of time to prepare, we’ve designed a focused interview prep session to help get you interview-ready in 90 minutes.

Our session will include a mock interview, an interview debrief, coaching on talking points and interview style, and a second mock interview so you can apply what you’ve learned. You’ll send your resume and the job description in advance so we can dive right in and use all 90 minutes to turn you into a lean, mean interviewing machine.
