		<description>Einstein was an inspiration and not just in the obvious way. The lofty people saying that a 2:2 degree is worthless could learn from him. My sister was told she&#039;d never get anywhere with a 2:2, that &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.graduate-jobs.com/&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;graduate jobs&lt;/a&gt; all demand a 2:1 or above. Total rubbish of course, there are plenty that just want a degree of any grade in any discipline. And it&#039;s worth applying for the ones that ask for a 2:1 too, even if you don&#039;t have one. If you have the soft skills required in excellent measure, I bet you anything you&#039;d get the job over a candidate with a 2:1 and no experience or soft skills.</description>
