Equally hard is to actually go ahead and take the steps to make the career change a reality. What is the main reason people feel the need for a career change? Is it simply 'not my cup of tea' or is it 'I think this is too easy for me, I need a change' or 'I do not know what I am doing; I am looking for something that I understand/know how to do'? Personally, I have never felt the need to change my career, because I love doing what I am doing. However, I still give hats off to those determined people who decide for a change in career, and make that change happen, and succeed. Hats off!! Hi folks,

Best of all, the workshop offers each individual participant support and structure that's tailored to his or her individual goals and situation.
